Cross-Training Cardio and Turbo Abs are cancelled this Saturday, September 5th, but come out and try Power Yoga with Kasey!! Whether you are brand new to yoga, or are an experienced yogi, join our guest instructor Kasey as she guides you through a Power Yoga practice this Saturday, at 9:15am!


Never been to a Power Yoga class? Power Yoga is an active and athletic style of yoga. Power Yoga incorporates isometric poses (called “asanas”) to engage every muscle in the body, sparking metabolism and burning more calories!
