New February Fitness Schedule!

Check out our new Fitness Schedule and come try our new classes:

Supple Leopard with Brock, Thursday nights at 6pm: Based on the NY Times best selling book, “Becoming a Supple Leopard”, this class combines yoga, flexband, and standard stretches with exercises that strengthen the core, improve posture, improve performance, and “prehabilitate” injuries.

Pilates Interval with Linda, Wednesday mornings at 8:30am: Pilates Interval is a faster paced Pilates class, offering strength and flexibility training in combination with cardio fitness to increase the overall intensity of your Pilates workout!
