May 2017 Fitness Schedule

Try our new classes:

  • Bootcamp with Tammy, Tuesdays at 8:30am – Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need in one workout!
  • Golf Fitness with Bob, Wednesdays at 7:15pm – Come and learn how working out can improve your golf game! Golf Fitness is perfect for golfers of all levels who want to learn and apply the best mobility, flexibility, and core movements to advance your golf game.
  • Walking Club with Anne, Fridays at 11:00am – Walking is the safest and most natural activity for health and fitness. Walking Club is a brisk, vigorous walk through the Glenmoor neighborhood. It is walking with determination, moving forward with purpose and control! In the event it rains, Walking Club will meet inside for low impact cardio!
