Country Heat – Fire up the fun with the high-energy, easy-to-follow, country dance-inspired workout that’s so simple anyone can do it! It’s so fun, you’ll barely notice you’re burning fat and tightening your body from head to toe!

CORE-ography – Strengthen your core while having fun dancing to the current hits you hear on the radio! Best part, this class was designed to be enjoyed, even if you have zero dance experience!
